We manufacture our products in various countries depending on the specific product and its components. We have a global supply chain and work with factories and manufacturers in different parts of the world to ensure the highest quality and ethical standards are met. Are your products free of any harmful ingredients?

To ensure that a product is free of harmful ingredients, you can look for certifications such as the USDA Organic seal, the Leaping Bunny logo, or the EWG Verified mark. These certifications indicate that the product has been thoroughly evaluated and meets certain standards for safety and sustainability. Additionally, you can research the ingredients in a product to determine if they are safe to use.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Angelique Beauty products have not been tested on animals and no animals were harmed in the production of our goods. We are committed to ethical and sustainable business practices.

Can I find your products in stores near me?

Our products are currently available to shop online 24 hours a day and in a few local stores in Arizona and in the Cedar and Cypress Designs flagship store in Long Lake, Minnesota.

Do you offer matte and glossy lipstick options? 

Yes, we offer matte lipsticks and various lip gloss options.

How long does your lipstick typically last?

Our lipsticks are long-wearing for generally about 8 or more hours. The longevity of the lipstick may also depend on factors such as how frequently you eat or drink, the type of food you consume, and your daily activities such as talking or kissing.

Do you have a lip liner that compliments your lipstick range?

 Yes, having a lip liner that matches or complements your lipstick shade is a great way to enhance your overall look! We offer five different shades to compliment various skin tones.

Can I mix and match lipstick shades?

Absolutely, you can layer with any Angelique Beauty gloss to add high-shine to your lip look. Or, create an ombre lip using a darker AB liquid matte lipstick for more dimension.

Are your lipsticks suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. It's always a good idea to do a patch test on a small area of skin before using a new product, to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction.

Do your products contain any allergens?

 Currently, our products are not tested for hypoallergenic reactions.

Are your products safe for pregnant or nursing individuals?

Please be assured that you may use our products safely under normal conditions throughout your pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you have any concerns, please consult with your physician.

Is there an expiration date for your cosmetics?

Product shelf life varies from product to product. Please refer to the carton of each product to see the specific shelf life after opening. If one is not present, it normally lasts one to two years.

How should I store my lipstick to maintain its quality?

The best way to store lipstick is in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Are your packaging materials recyclable?

Yes, we are taking steps to reduce their environmental impact by using recyclable packaging materials.

Shipping, Return and Payment

How can I place an order on your website?

Choose a product/products you like, add to the bag, checkout with payment and then it will ship.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JBC, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal, Venmo and Shopify payments. When entering your credit card information, please ensure that your billing name and address is exactly as it appears on your credit card. For our customer’s protection, transactions can not be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.

You can track the status of your order by clicking the link in your Angelique Beauty Shipping confirmation email.

How long does shipping take, including delivery?

Most orders are delivered within 4-6 business days using USPS First Class Mail Service.  Orders placed on theangeliquebeauty.com are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal and major holidays). Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (business days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Do you ship internationally, and what are the associated costs?

At this time, Angelique Beauty only ships to the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. While we plan to expand our shipping capabilities in the future, we currently do not ship internationally. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver fast face essentials to your doorstep. However, do note that we do not deliver to military, restricted areas, or naval ports.

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Angelique Beauty purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product such as damage or defect.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below:

• Returns must be made within 10 days after delivery of your product for a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
• Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).

- Some health and personal care items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Are there any loyalty programs or rewards for frequent customers?

Yes! We are so excited to add this new feature. Members receive 50 points as soon as you create an account and points for every $1 you spend at Angelique Beauty (when you are logged in)!
